Summary
Remove outdated external link to SSWG meeting notes Gist from the README as suggested in #89.
Problem
The README references external SSWG meeting notes on a personal Gist (
https://gist.github.com/ktoso/4d160232407e4d5835b5ba700c73de37#swift-baggage-context--distributed-tracing), which is outdated and unnecessary.Solution
Removed the reference to the SSWG meeting notes Gist while preserving the primary reference link to
apple/swift-distributed-tracing.Testing
Fixes #89
